History
Techno International was established in 1982 by the reputable Mr. S heikh Abdul Sattar with the vision of creating concrete foundations to enable world-class business operations. He firmly believed that a solid structure can empower people towards building leading-edge technologies and bringing about a revolution in the industry. Hence, he was committed to creating expansive and unique design-build projects to inspire inventive and disruptive business operations. Mr. Sattar has led the group to become a renowned construction on a massive scale all over Pakistan, with utmost focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Techno International has been a pioneer in industrial and infrastructural operations since its inception and will continue to promote progressive growth in the years ahead.
Founder
Mr. Sheikh Abdul Sattar is a visionary and an idealist who always dreamt about revolutionizing the outlook of Pakistan. After doing his bachelor’s in civil engineering from NED University he moved into the construction industry with an aim to improve upon current technologies and practices.
He started off with the development of an advanced state-of-the-art plant to work on projects of large magnitude at comparatively reasonable prices. With his dedication, Techno International’s unmatched contracting services and sufficient adaptability to work in a versatile environment on large scales have made this organization a highly regarded construction company nationwide.
In the future, Mr. Sattar aims to revive the industry further and deliver excellence through Techno International’s professional and first-grade services.

QA&QC
Techno International’s Quality Assurance Plan ensures our design, construction processes, products and installation of equipment conform to specified requirements of the Project.

• Implement quality Activities & planning
• Selecting and training personal to meet the requirements of the quality assurance system.
The Quality Control Program shall identify and plan inspections of construction processes which directly affect quality.
Controlled conditions shall include the following:
Documented work instructions defining the manner of construction and installation that are in compliance with the contract specifications and required quality standards and codes
Monitoring and control of suitable process and product characteristics during site installation & construction
The approval of processes, materials and equipment;
Criteria for workmanship which shall be as stipulated in the project specifications.
DIVERSIFICATION
Techno international has recently established a new construction company, HBS in Oman. Despite HBS being a new entity, it inherits the core services and expertise of Techno international, ensuring a solid foundation and a commitment to excellence.
